GENERAL INFORMATION

Below you will find all the information related to the event, such as date, location, dress code, accommodation, and transportation. Everything is arranged into sections.

1. EVENT LOCATION

The DIGITAL GOVERNMENT FORUM will convene on 11-13 March, 2024 at Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition Center (DICEC), Hall H-L, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.

2. SECRETARIAT OF THE MEETING

The Event Secretariat will be responsible for all administrative arrangements as well as the circulation of documents for the meeting. Cambodia as the host country will be responsible for logistical arrangements.

3. MEETING SCHEDULE AND VENUE

Please refer to (Annex 1) for the complete program. Should there be any latest update, the

Event Secretariat will communicate to the delegates accordingly.

4. REGISTRATION

All delegates are requested to fill out the registration form via FORM.KH by February 28, 2023.

5. DRESS CODE

The recommended attire for the event shall be as follows:

  1. Opening Ceremony: Official Business Attire (with Tie)
  2. Other Related Events: Business Attire (No Tie)
  3. Gala Dinner: Traditional Clothes Preferred

6. PRE-ARRIVAL AND ARRIVAL ARRANGEMENTS

  1. As per the current regulations, all passport holders of ASEAN Member States may enter Cambodia without a visa. Non-ASEAN delegates shall individually arrange for their visa accordingly.
  2. For the immigration process, delegates are required to prepare a valid passport with a minimum validity term of six months.
  3. For delegates required visa, the entry visa can applied upon arrival or apply for e-visa at https://www.evisa.gov.kh/ of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia. If you need further assistance, please contact the designated local assistant below.

7. TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENT

  1. Airport Transfer: The host country will provide a transfer between the airport and the meeting venue/hotel for VIP/VVIP delegates. All delegates are requested to fill in the flight itinerary information in the registration link. Assigned staff will wait with a personalized signboard to welcome delegates at the arrival terminal. For departure, delegates are requested to be ready to leave the lobby 3 hours before the departure time stated on the ticket.
  2. Local transportation: Delegates are highly recommended to stay at the recommended hotels for their convenience and security purpose. Should transportation be needed, delegates are requested to make a self-arrangement.
  3. For public transport, we recommend using a taxi service, Grab, and other transportation services.

8. ACCOMMODATION

Delegates can make a reservation with the hotel directly or through the Event Secretariat. Delegates may as well make a reservation with below recommended hotels. If delegates wish to get assistant for hotel reservation, the Secretariat Team will remain at your disposal.

9. MEETING DOCUMENTS

The meetings will be convened in a paperless environment. No printing document will be provided.

10. TIME ZONE

Local time in Phnom Penh is GMT+7.

11. ELECTRICITY EQUIPMENT

For Cambodia there are three associated plug types, A, C and G. Plug type A is the plug which has two flat parallel pins, plug type C is the plug which has two round pins and plug type G is the plug with three rectangular pins, in a triangular pattern.

The standard voltage throughout Cambodia is 230 V and with a standard frequency of 50 Hz.
